Henaza Consulting was founded by Ghiorghis (George) Belai, a clinical research and global strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning site feasibility and trial strategy in infectious diseases, vaccines, and global health studies.

His work has included leading feasibility efforts for a global Phase III tuberculosis vaccine trial and contributing to landmark HIV prevention research — experience that shaped a clear point of view: trials succeed or fail based on the strategic groundwork done long before a formal feasibility study begins, not just the rigor applied once it's underway.
